Terms of Service

A church is created by its Head Pastor or an administrator, who is responsible for the accuracy of the church's information and for the roles granted to leaders and members. Membership always requires approval by authorised church leadership.

JERUSA is billed monthly to the church, never to individual members. Every church starts with a 14-day free trial. Plans are Basic, Growth and Pro, each with its own monthly Shepherd AI allowance that resets at the start of each billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Do not use JERUSA to upload unlawful content, to harass anyone, to attempt to reach another church's data, or to disrupt the service. Church leadership is responsible for moderating community content within its own church.

Your church's records remain yours. We store them for as long as the church account is active and delete them on request, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements.

Shepherd assists with drafting and organising. Its output should always be reviewed by a leader before it is relied upon or shared.

We may update these terms and will note the date above. The service is provided on an as-is basis; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
