Privacy Policy

Each church that uses JERUSA is the owner of its own records. JERUSA stores and processes that information on the church's behalf and never sells it.

Account details (name, email, password credentials handled by our authentication provider), church details you enter during setup, and the ministry records you create inside JERUSA — people, prayer requests, testimonies, events, announcements, ministries, attendance and community posts.

We also keep basic technical logs needed to run the service securely, and billing records held by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.

To operate the features you use, to keep your church's data separated from every other church, to send in-app notifications and care messages your church has switched on, to support you, and to bill your subscription.

Information is visible only inside your church, according to the roles and permissions your leadership sets. We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, payments and AI assistance, and they may only process data to deliver those services.

Members can update their own profile, and can turn off care messages from their profile preferences. You may request a copy or the deletion of your account at any time — see the delete account page.
